Can I add an infant ticket to my existing booking?
Each online transaction must contain at least one adult 16 years or older. To add an infant to your existing record, please contact our Ticketing Department or your travel agency.
How many passengers can I book with one reservation?
Each transaction may only purchase a total of four tickets(not including infant tickets) and must contain at least 1 adult (over 16 years old), each adult may only bring 1 infant and 1 child. Infant does not occupy a seat, and must be under the age of
2 while traveling. If you wish to buy a ticket for infants or children only, please contact our local ticket center or a travel agency.
Can I make a change or cancel in routing using a ticket purchased through the EVA online booking system? If changes have not been made before departure, can I just show up at the airport and take care of it when I check in for the flight?
Any changes in your travel date or routing are subject to applicable fare rules/conditions, in addition to seat availability, and passengers need to contact one of our ticketing offices in advance to make the necessary changes. Otherwise the booking or
ticket may not be accepted upon check-in at the airport and passenger may have to purchase a new ticket for travel on the desired dates and routing.
May I request a bassinet, diaper and infant meal when purchasing an infant ticket online?
For bassinet, diaper and infant meal requests, please contact our Reservation Department after you purchase your tickets. A limited number of bassinets can be reserved for free on all EVA Air flights. They can be used for infants under 8 months of age due
to size limitations. Our reservation specialists will assist to confirm availabilities for you.
