Note

  • Star Alliance cabin upgrades are only available for certain cabin classes, which are as specified by each airline.
  • Each booking reference number may have a maximum of 4 members. Passengers in the same booking must upgrade together. If you only wish to upgrade some of the passengers in your booking, please contact the Star Alliance airline operating your flight to have some members of your party booked under a separate booking.
  • The ticket payment and issuing process must be completed before requesting an upgrade.
