• This system supports all tickets with the exception of Award tickets purchased and refunded through evaair.com.
  • For Award tickets refund, please contact EVA local ticketing offices for assistance. This system does not support Award tickets refund.
  • Refund application will be unable to process if the ticket has been reissued. Please contact EVA local ticketing counter to apply refund.
  • The refund will be promptly processed once we receive your refund request. It may take up to 2 months to receive a statement listing the refund, of course subject to your credit card as well as the billing cycles of your credit card company. Any applicable refund service charge will be deducted from the amount refunded.
  • If the payment has been made by credit card, the amount will be credited to the original card used to purchase the ticket. If the payment has been made by direct debit-bank transfer, the amount will be credited to the same bank account that it was debited from.
  • For itinerary to/from USA: A no-penalty 100% refund will be given if the refund application is made within 24 hours of purchase and if the ticket purchase was made at least 168 hours prior to the first flight departure.
