The sum of the three dimensions of each baggage may not exceed 158cm (62in).
May purchase prepaid excess baggage up to 5 pieces, and the weight limit for each piece of prepaid baggage varies by booking class. Royal Laurel/Premium Laurel/Business class should not exceed 32kg(70lbs), Premium Economy and Economy class should not exceed 23kg(50lbs).
Prepaid of excess baggage is not applicable to pets, oversized or overweight baggage, large sports equipment, etc.
Each passenger(excluding infant without a seat) is allowed to make one prepaid excess baggage purchase only per flight segment. To modify your transaction, you would need to cancel the original order and purchase again within purchase period.
Prepaid Excess Baggage is for one time use only. If it is not utilized after purchase, it can be refunded through your original purchasing channel with no service charges. Partial use is not allowed to refund.
