1. This function allows you to check the history of transactions you have made through EVA Air for up to three years, including ticket purchases and prepaid ancillary services such as excess luggage. The exception is any modifications to those tickets or services ticketing agents made manually and those will not show up in your EVA transaction history.
2. EVA MileageLands frequent flyer program members and EVA Fans can also review transaction histories for the past three years. But if you made those transactions without logging into your account or inputting your frequent flyer information before or during the process, you will need the booking reference number and passenger name as it appeared on the ticket to inquire.
