  • This reporting system is only for the flights operated by EVA Air, including the international flight of UNI Air. Code-share flights operated by other airlines are currently not available. If the last carrier of your travel itinerary is not EVA Air or UNI Air, please contact the airline of your last flight to declare. Baggage claim check (tag) is required to declare damaged or missing baggage. If you lost your baggage claim check (tag), please contact the Baggage Service Department of the airport of your arrival. Please declare truthfully, EVA reserves the right to accept it.
  • Notice: The declaration of damaged baggage must be made within 7 days after the following day on which the baggage was collected. Compensation may not apply under certain circumstances, please refer to Delayed/Missing/Damage baggage and Restrictions.
