Login is supported for booking references associated with issued tickets. Please ensure that your booking has been ticketed before logging in.

Online Check in

After purchasing your flight ticket, you can apply for Automated Check-In from 360 days to 48 hours prior to departure. Check-in will be completed automatically, and a notification will be sent to your email 48 hours before departure. Or you may check in online from 48 hours to 1 hour prior to departure at our official website to save your time at the airport.

Change Date/Flights

This feature applies to changeable tickets purchased on our website or mobile app.

Note:

  • Login is supported for booking references associated with issued tickets. Please ensure that your booking has been ticketed before logging in.
  • Seat selection is open until 12 hours before your scheduled flight departure. If you are flying Royal Laurel, Premium Laurel, Business Class, or Premium Economy Class (U.S., Canada, Europe, Singapore and Jakarta routes), Main-meal Selections can be made no earlier than 21 days and no later than 24 hours prior to departure.
  • In addition to EVA Air and UNI Air international flights, the system will also show flights operated by other airlines when you booked through www.evaair.com or our reservation specialist. If your flight segment is not shown in the system, please contact your original booking agency.
  • If special services were requested (includes meal, seat, …etc.) on your original flight, please re-select them after you completed flight modification, or contact our customer service center for assistance. If your new flight departs within 24 hours, some special services may not be available.
  • Please make sure to securely keep your booking reference or electronic ticket number, and do not disclose it to any third party in order to protect your personal information.
  • If you travel through France, in accordance with Article L 237 -7 of French Homeland Security Code, please be informed that air carriers may transmit reservation, checking and boarding data collected from their passengers (API/PNR) to the French national public services and competent authorities for the purposes and under conditions as defined in the Decret N° 2014-1095 dated 26/09/2014, modified by decree 2018/714 dated August 3rd 2018 .
